Hi, I'm Elena

A decade ago, I was the person who tracked every calorie, worked out twice a day, and still felt like I was failing. I had all the "discipline" in the world, but zero peace with my body.

My healing journey led me through certified nutrition coaching, mindfulness training, and eventually into helping other women step off the hamster wheel of diet culture. I founded Nourish & Thrive because I believe wellness should make your life bigger, not smaller.

Today, I help women build sustainable health practices that honor who they are, not who the wellness industry says they should be. I'm certified in Integrative Nutrition, trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction, and endlessly passionate about making wellness feel like coming home.
