Dr. Rivera is a functional medicine practitioner with a thriving reputation and a growing client base. Word of mouth kept her busy. But underneath the surface, everything ran through her: intake, scheduling, follow-up, onboarding, even marketing when she had time. She had a website that looked fine but did not convert. A booking tool that was not connected to anything. No enrollment sequence. No follow-up system. No way to deliver her 12-week Gut Restore program without being involved in every step.
