Elimination

What you might be wondering
Is this safe if I'm on medication?
The detox uses whole foods, not extreme fasting or questionable supplements. That said, if you're on medication, we recommend checking with your prescribing doctor before starting. Dr. Rivera reviews all participant intake forms before the program begins.
I'm vegetarian/vegan. Can I still do this?
Absolutely. The meal plan includes plant-based options for every recipe, and Dr. Rivera addresses plant-based modifications during the live Q&A calls.
How much time does it take each day?
Plan for about 30–45 minutes of meal prep and 5 minutes for your daily check-in. The live calls are 45 minutes each, held in the evening. Everything is recorded if you can't attend live.
Will I be starving the whole time?
No. This is not a calorie-restriction program. You'll eat three full meals plus snacks every day. Most participants say they're surprised by how satisfied they feel.
What if I fall off track?
